Chose this hotel for a business mixer and was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating under the pergola vine training. Great for taking a break and relaxing.
Missed having a dedicated business center for work-related needs.

Very welcoming and well run boutique hotel in a great little town. Staff were very helpful and we were immediately struck by the hotel's unique design. We loved it.
The range of services were naturally restricted by its location in the old city.

The hotel's rooftop terrace was an absolute gem! It had a jacuzzi, plenty of seating, and amazing views of the surrounding area. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making my stay very comfortable. the hotel was located in the heart of the historic district, which offered a lot of charm and character to the area.
The parking situation was not ideal, and the nearby parking was unpredictable. the indoor steps were quite slippery, and it would be easy to fall if you were not careful.

The front of house staff was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The hotel facilities were original to the palace of 1800's, making it a unique experience. The location in the alleys near a beautiful beach was perfect and made it easy to reach the beach and restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast had a great variety of tasty sweet and savoury options.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The service was outstanding and the breakfast was quite impressive. The rooms are clean and spacious, with beautiful views and well-appointed bathrooms. there are great facilities like rooftop terraces with ample seating, which offer breathtaking views of the city and the sea.
There is no elevator in the hotel, which might be inconvenient for some guests with mobility issues.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of the hotel. It had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for senior people like myself. The common areas were beautifully decorated with traditional Italian touches, and it made me feel like I was truly in Italy. The accessibility of the hotel was also excellent. There were no steep stairs to climb, making it easy for me to get around. I truly appreciated these thoughtful details.
I would have liked the children working there to speak a bit louder. Sometimes it was difficult for me to hear their recommendations or instructions.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable.
